We’re hiring: Community Development Lead

Are you passionate about strengthening the third sector and making a real impact in the Scottish Borders? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Community Development Lead to join our team!

In this exciting role, you will:

• Support local charities, voluntary organisations and social enterprises with governance, capacity building and partnerships.
• Assist groups with funding applications and pre-assessment of funds.
• Promote volunteering and foster collaboration for long-term social impact.
• Work with third sector and statutory partners to foster collaboration and help drive sustainable social impact.

We are looking for someone with strong communication, networking and project management skills, plus a solid understanding of grant processes. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
