Community Buildings Fund

The Community Buildings Fund helps community organisations reduce their building energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions by installing renewable technologies such as heat pumps, batteries, and solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, along with energy efficiency measures. Grants of up to 80% of eligible costs up to a maximum of £80,000 are currently available.
Community Ownership Fund
The £150m Community Ownership Fund (COF), distributed by My Community, exists to help communities across the UK take ownership of assets at risk of closure.
Scottish Land Fund
The Scottish Land Fund supports rural and urban communities to become more resilient and sustainable through the ownership and management of land and land assets.
Funded by the Scottish Government and delivered in partnership by The National Lottery Community Fund and Highlands and Islands Enterprise, it offers grants of up to £1 million to help communities take ownership of the land and buildings that matter to them, as well as practical support to develop their aspirations into viable projects.
