Strategy Consultation

We have launched our Draft Strategy

Our strategic plan is being launched as a live draft, which means we will consult on the plan while delivering it. We are looking forward to bringing a new approach to third sector support and volunteering in the region.

We will be consulting with our partner organisations and members in the next months and your feedback will help us develop our 3-year plan. The input of our communities, organisations and local people is fundamental in shaping the strategy and action plan. We can’t do everything, but it is important that we do the right things where we can, with the resources we have.
