Application for membership

We welcome applications to become a member of Borders Community Action. There are two types of membership:

Full membership: third sector organisations (charities, trusts, social enterprises, community groups/committees)

Associate membership; (a)statutory bodies, businesses, community council members, etc.

(b) individuals

In order to comply with our own rules, and so that we can better serve the needs of the sector we require supporting documentation from each organisation wishing to become a member. Please include the following with your application if applicable:

We aim to approve applications within 21 days from the date we receive your application. If for any reason there is likely to be a delay in approving your application we will contact you to explain why. Please note that the most common reason for delay is failure to submit all the information that we require.

Borders Community Action will use the information you provide on this form to communicate with you as a member and to update you on our services and activities.

We store this information on our cloud based database powered by Salesforce. Information provided to us will be published to our online membership directory. If you wish personal details to be withheld, please inform us as soon as possible.
