Employability mapping and gapping

Borders Community Action are looking to appoint a consultant or consultancy to conduct a detailed mapping and gapping exercise on employability services and activities across the Scottish Borders.

The work will enable partners of the Local Employability Partnership (LEP) to build a better understanding of what is currently being offered and to help develop an investment case to strengthen third sector provision and work with partners to develop new interventions and support.

This piece of work will be delivered between April and July 2024, and will also be used to guide the third sector Employability project delivered by Borders Community Action.
